QHSE Officer Job In Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities:
- § HSE – Responsible for personal safety & safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures
- § Help and assist in raising of HSE tickets for on-ground incidents and coordination among the concerned Crew and client team for incident investigation, establishing the root causes and closure of the agreed corrective actions
- § Respond to & act as prime contact person for handing any Emergency Situation involving our employees
- § Help QHSE team in finalizing the required PPE for crew / FTE while coordinating with local vendors and help on locating vendors
- § Advise QHSE team in any critical change in legal / regulatory requirements e.g., related to COVID-19 etc.
- § Conducting regular meetings with Clients on QHSE activities
- § Convey any QHSE feedback received from crew or client to QHSE team for further action
- § Facilitating / Conducting safety meetings and actions on SOC’s (safety Observation Cards)
- § Gathering information from all KSA based crew on their HSE participation while working with clients
- § Conducting HSE inspections in workshop & site
- § Assisting the site manager in Vehicle safety management including inspection records, maintenance records and fuel consumption etc.
- § Assisting the QHSE function lead in planning periodic internal audits of the QHSE system implementation and actions on the findings
- § Monitoring the site specific QHSE objectives
- § Conducting & assisting in QHSE trainings for employees
- § QMS – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system
