Are you a NEBOSH IGC qualified HSE professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills looking to work as a HSEQ administrator / coordinator? Then Arcadis in Dubai may have a fantastic opportunity for you.

Role Responsibilities:

Assist the HSEQ Team on a daily basis with administrative functions and duties (book of meeting rooms, setting up meetings with various individuals, departments and or third party companies.

Maintain safety data, keeping databases up to date.

Data entry (PACE/Cardinus, new starters, leavers, total headcounts, inducted & etc.)
Provide all the requested PPE and ergonomic equipment in a timely manner for the whole region.

Manage all associated HSEQ LPO’s (PPE, ergonomic equipment, HSE stickers & others)
Process all the payment for supplier’s invoice and delivery note.

Organize all the required HSE training which includes Fire Warden, First Aid, Confined Space Awareness, NEBOSH and Senior Manager Tour.

Filter and reply to all emails for SAFETYME
Conducting HSE Induction for all the new starter for the whole region.

Approving all the Claim of Expense and Travel Request on behalf of Tom Baines.

Admin support as required to HSEQ department.

Other duties as required.
