Job Summary – HSE Trainer Job in Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Trainer with a background in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive HSE training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. This role requires a deep understanding of safety protocols, risk management, and environmental protection measures within the context of oil and gas operations.
Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and implement HSE training programs tailored to the specific needs of the oil and gas industry. Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure training content reflects the latest requirements.
Classroom and On-site Training:
Conduct engaging and interactive classroom and on-site training sessions for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders. Utilize various training methodologies, including hands-on exercises, simulations, and case studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP, CIH) are highly desirable.
- Must have trainer certificate
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective HSE training programs.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Must be in Qatar with a Free Visa and valid QID
