Position: HSE OBSERVER

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct room inspections regularly.
- Maintaining the notice boards in the entire premises.
- Maintain the health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure proper documentation of safety activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Maintain records of risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
- Keep employees informed about current safety practices, police, and any updates to Camp management.
- Coordinate emergency drills and exercises, ensuring all staff are familiar with the emergency protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all health, safety, and environmental-related activities, including incident reports, training logs, and compliance reports.
- Ensure that all food handling, preparation, and storage activities comply with food safety standards.
