Health and Safety administrator Job in Ireland

Job Description

Our client based in Dublin 12 is looking for a Health and Safety administrator to join their team for a month to month basis.

The role will provide administrative support to the SHEQ Manager to demonstrate ongoing regulatory compliance and drive SHEQ improvements as determined under the safety strategy for the business

 

Job responsibilities

  • Manage and update the Software Safety Management System and become a super user
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports
  • Upload all relevant incidents / investigations in the Safety Management System
  • Assist in the review and update of all relevant ISO controlled documentation
  • Assist in the development of dashboards to best communicate performance across the business
  • Support the development of the audit program and manage all identified corrective actions
  • Support the function in the communication of new or revised policies
  • General admin and data entry as required

 

Requirements for the role.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Health & Safety qualification
  • Experience of ISO certified integrated management systems and auditing (accredited ISO Auditor qualification would be a distinct advantage)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
