Ms Samuels has over 11 years of experience in Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (HSE), Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) audits. She has worked her way up from Shop Floor to Executive Board of Directors at one of Africa’s top FMCG Companies.
She holds the highest RQF (Highfield Level 4) in food safety management for manufacturing. This qualification goes deep into food hygiene topics to ensure learners have a thorough knowledge of the topics considered essential by global food standards agencies for maintaining good food production practices.
She has a wide range of experience in the food and beverages industry, including Construction, Full-Scale Production, and multiple Product Lines such as Pasta, Noodles, Ready-to-Eat Snacks, Flour Mills, Ready-To-Drink Powdered Drinks, and Breakfast Cereals.
She joined Flour Mills in April 2017 as HSE Manager, having started as a Safety Officer in August 2012.
