Minimum Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following academic and professional qualification requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or any equivalent discipline relevant to HSE practice.

Diploma in Safety Management or its equivalent, demonstrating advanced understanding of workplace health and safety principles.

NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate) or NEBOSH Oil & Gas Qualification—both are highly valued for this offshore role.

Additional HSE certifications (IOSH, OSHA, OHSAS/ISO-related courses) will be considered an advantage.

Minimum Experience
This role requires a seasoned professional with strong applied experience in offshore HSE management. Candidates should possess:

Minimum 10 years of experience working in the same discipline, preferably in oil & gas, marine, or offshore energy settings.

At least 3 years of UAE experience, with practical exposure to local regulatory frameworks, ADNOC standards, and offshore operational requirements.

A solid background in offshore HSE engineering, with demonstrated capability in hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities
The Site HSE Engineer will be responsible for leading and supporting all HSE activities at the Offshore MUB site. Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Onsite HSE Support for Operations and Contractors
You will act as the primary point of contact for all on-site HSE matters. This involves:

You will work closely with the HSE team to identify:

4. Review and Approval of HSE Documentation
