Sexual Harassment Amendment Regulation 2024
There have been changes in how Queensland businesses need to manage the risk of sexual harassment and sex or gender-based harassment at work. The Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 now requires persons conducting a business or undertaking, or ‘PCBUs’, to adopt a more comprehensive approach—preventing harassment before it happens.
