Job description – Offshore Safety Consultant Job in Nigeria

We have an opportunity for an experienced Offshore Oil & Gas safety expert to join us on a project in the field. You will support our consultants in conducting a detailed assessment of the current safety culture and behaviours in each facility – working on rotation for 3 to 6 months.
Job requirements
You will be an expert in offshore safety with deep experience in working offshore with leaders and operators to ensure the application of both legal standards and best practices in safety along with the following skills and qualifications:
- A demonstrable experience in coaching and supporting the change of behaviours as well as a strong technical safety background.
- You will be willing to travel and work offshore for extended periods as a freelance specialist.
- You will hold current BOSIET and MIST certification or willing to secure them at short notice
- Extensive experience as a Safety leader in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically, upstream.
