Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for an HSSEA Administrator & Data Analyst with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry.
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain and administer incident databases in-line with the global mandatory procedures covering full Asia Pacific (APac) region.
- Review, develop, and maintain weekly and monthly reports from HSE and Quality databases, integrating with information from other sources as necessary, including developing automated performance dashboards
- Review performance and identify trends and areas for focus based on data
- Maintain and administer all the HSSE plans and registers for APac
- Monitor and report on status of HSSEA improvment plans
- Review and expedite reporting of audits, leadership visits etc for Regional Leadership Team and Contracts
- Support HSSEA team meetings, including preparation, logistics, minutes and action registers
- Support development of HSSEA responses to potential project bids and other requirements with in APac
- Develop HSSE communications and communications plans, including safety alerts for APac
- Support and administer the HSSEA SharePoint site
- Support the review and update of HSSE procedures and documents against internal / external audit findings including Emergency Response Plans and other security documents for the APac
The role will report to VP HSSEA for Operational Services Asia Pacific, but will be report to and be supported day to day, by the Regional HSEQ manager for South and South East Asia, who is co-located in Kuala Lumpur
Skills / Qualifications
- Minimum a degree qualification in any allied discipline
- 5 – 10 years’ relevant experience
- IT literate, with extensive reporting and data analysis skills
- Conversant with SharePoint, Microsoft BI and similar data storage, reporting and visualization tools
- Some travel may be required to attend quarterly team meetings and similar
- Experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry is preferred
- Possess strong stakeholder management skills
- Extensive experience in maintaining, administering, monitoring, reviewing and executing HSSE plans for APac
