Job Title: HSE Manager

Position Overview: We seek a highly qualified HSE Manager with extensive experience in Saudi Aramco projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and programs aligned with corporate objectives and Saudi Aramco standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on HSE best practices and ensure a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into project plans and activities.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management with at least 5 years working on Saudi Aramco projects.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HSE programs and managing teams in a complex project environment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
