MTBI a manufacturer of IVD (In vitro diagnostics), is looking for potential candidates. So, we are hiring for the following position:
“Health and Safety Officer”
Duties:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs by local, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards.
- Awareness and auditing ISO 14001: 2015 – ISO 45001: 2018
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
- Conduct emergency preparedness drills and maintain emergency response plans.
- Manage the company’s environmental compliance program, including waste management, pollution prevention, and spill response.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field
- Safety Specialist Certificate.
- From 5 to 7 years experience in HSE.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Active person and problem-solving.
