Role Overview:
The Head of Security and HSE will oversee security, health, safety, and environmental practices across the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security, health, safety, and environmental policies and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
- Oversee physical security, health & safety protocols, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead incident investigations and crisis response efforts.
- Provide training and raise awareness of HSE issues across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
