Job Description: As an HSE Specialist at 225mm Construct Limited, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Your expertise and leadership will help us maintain our strong safety record and environmental stewardship. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with departments to integrate safety into daily operations.
- Monitor and manage environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
- Stay updated on HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Maintain records and documentation related to HSE activities.
- Promote a safety culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HSE roles, with a strong understanding of regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence change within the organization.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
