As part of the QHSE team of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management, your main tasks will be:

  • Writing and updating the document structure,
  • Regulatory watch
  • Compliance Management of ICPE / Logistics Platform & TAR,
  • Emergency situation,
  • Risk management according to ISO 31000,
  • Responses to HSE requests from our managers,
  • Monitoring of risk management indicators,
  • Participation in the development of our training modules,

Contribution of the mission:

The Alternate Risk Management function within the QHSE service provides a cross-functional and global approach to Property Management.

The topics are varied and multidisciplinary

The internship allows you to develop your knowledge of HSE domains applied to real estate.

Required profile :

Higher education type Bac + 4 in Higher Education specialized in real estate or HSE, you have a first experience in HSE or technical management.

You have a good knowledge of HSE risks and real estate.

The common practice of office tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint is necessary.

Behavioral skills required for the position:
