SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) Manager London

Reliable Contractors are currently looking to recruit a SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) Manager to start work in our Central London office.
Your job role will include, but not limited to:
Attending Weekly / monthly HSE and Supplier meetings and forums on the various projects
Working with and training employees on manual handling, abrasive wheels, working at height.
Responsible for all site safety inspections and engagement tours.
Advising employees on how to minimise or ultimately avoid risks and hazards on site via tool box talks and briefings.
Issue safety bulletins, relevant to each site
Assisting head office with the health and safety monitoring systems and policies to ensure that accreditations ie CHAS, are kept valid.
Offering general health and safety advice to all employees.
Deliver presentations to site, on topical construction subjects, ie; Mental Health, Fatigue.
Assisting Site management and supervisors in investigating and reporting accidents and developing measures to prevent recurrences.
Assessment, purchase, monitoring & distribution of PPE.
Health screening & monitoring of Health declarations.
General NEBOSH Certificate
First Aid Basic Certificate
Environmental Management Systems Qualification
General Management Qualification (SSSTS/SMSTS)
Graduate IOSH Status or CMIOSH status
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar management role with full MS Office knowledge and reporting skills and knowledge of the following:
Risk Management, Method Statement Review, Site inspections and investigations
Company preparation for Audits, Compliance and maintenance of relevant standards
Risk Assessment experience, CDM Regulations implementation.
