Position: Senior HSE Specialist
Location: Mostorod, Qalyubia
Job Description:
- Implement and standardize HSE processes and procedures across the facility.
- Track safety metrics to identify and reduce risks.
- Collaborate on plant construction, equipment design, and hazard assessments.
- Assist in incident investigations, verifying root causes, and approving corrective actions.
- Ensure emergency response systems, policies, and procedures are in place.
- Maintain the Chemical Hazardous Waste program, including inspections.
- Perform industrial hygiene activities, including chemical monitoring.
- Stay updated on all applicable HSE regulations.
- Maintain required training and licensing to act as a signing authority on HSE matters.
- Inspect workplaces and equipment daily for safety compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in FMCG industries.
- Experience in creating and managing a budget, including resource allocation and priority setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer-focused services and programs.
