Cameron’s Surface segment designs and manufactures complete wellhead and Christmas tree systems for onshore and offshore topside applications. Ensure the quality control activities according to customer requirements, product requirements and Cameron Romania Quality Management System.
Ensure the quality control activities realization according customer requirements, product requirements and Cameron Romania Quality Management System.
Assure that all ISO 9001, API product specification and API Spec Q1 requirements are followed and fulfilled on his area of responsibility.
Deals with customer claims.
Participate in investigation activities related to internal non conformance’s and customer claims in order to establish countermeasures.
Prepare on request the external documentation for customer (deviation request, CPAR, etc.)
Technical University degree.
Relevant experience quality area in manufacturing environment of minimum one year.
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems – SAP an advantage.
Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Management System – policies, processes, procedures.
Knowledge about overall manufacturing process, including welding and special processes.
Knowledge of quality control equipment,methods.
Computer skills: MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
