Ship and Crew is Hiring a “QHSE Specialist”
We seek an experienced QHSE Specialist with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 standards.
– Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures.
– Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
– Support the development and delivery of QHSE training programs.
– Maintain documentation and reports on audits, incidents, and performance.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 2-4 years experience in QA, HSE, or similar roles.
– Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
– ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or similar certification.
– Strong communication and analytical skills.
– Alexandria resident
