Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of HSE officers and hygiene officers.
🔹 Develop and implement HSE plans, welfare plans, and emergency response procedures.
🔹 Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and training/awareness sessions.
🔹 Investigate incidents and identify root causes for corrective actions.
🔹 Ensure compliance with ADNOC and other legislative HSE requirements.
🔹 Apply practical H2S control measures and implement SSOW (PTW, WMS, Risk Assessments).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- ADNOC Onshore Approval (Mandatory).
- NEBOSH IGC Certification.
- Lead Auditor ISO 45001/14001 or equivalent.
- Experience in Incident Investigation techniques.
- Additional HSE certifications are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years in HSE roles within construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning projects in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
