Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HSE Trainer with a minimum of 10 years experience in health, safety, and environmental training. The ideal candidate must be a native English speaker, passionate about safety education, and capable of delivering engaging and impactful training sessions to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality HSE training programs in line with international standards (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, etc.).
- Conduct classroom-based and practical training sessions tailored to various industries, including oil & gas, construction, and manufacturing.
- Assess trainees’ understanding through examinations, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and best practices.
- Continuously improve training materials to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Provide consultancy and support for clients in improving their workplace safety culture.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in HSE training, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or heavy industries.
- Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA).
- Train-the-Trainer qualification (Highfield Level 3 Award in Delivering Training or equivalent is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and regulations.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and effectively train diverse audiences.
- Experience in digital learning platforms and e-learning development is an advantage.
