Job Title: HSE Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Health, Safety, and Environmental management, specifically within the maintenance of high-rise and residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across maintenance operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards during routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain records of safety performance, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Diploma in Engineering (minimum requirement).
• Certifications: NEBOSH and IOSH certifications are mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an HSE Officer, specifically in the maintenance field for high-rise or residential buildings.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in building maintenance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and contractors.
Job Exp: Minimum 3-5 years.
