Role Overview: HSE Officer Job in Dubai With RTA & TRA Experience
We are looking for experienced HSE Officers with expertise in RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) and TRA (Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety protocols, mitigating risks, and fostering a secure work environment across our project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to RTA & TRA safety standards across all projects.
Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on construction sites. - Conduct thorough risk assessments and establish control measures to prevent accidents.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead HSE training sessions for employees and contractors to promote a safety-first culture.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certifications (mandatory).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles, specifically in construction projects.
- Proven track record of working on RTA & TRA-compliant projects.
