Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced HSE Officer for a project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, with a specific focus on compliance with OSHAD (Occupational Safety and Health Abu Dhabi) requirements. The role involves ensuring safety standards are met on-site and assisting with the implementation of safety protocols throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with OSHAD requirements and local health and safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and regular safety inspections.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Provide safety training and support to the project team.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the safety program.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHAD requirements and regulations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
