For our client we are currently looking for an HSE Manager (m/f/d) – Munich.
Your tasks
-
- Processing of the assembly concepts with the executing companies
- Ensuring the implementation of strategic EHS goals to ensure the greatest possible safety for all employees
- Responsibility for compliance and implementation of EHS processes and policies, taking into account current policies
- Implementation of EHS training courses and instructions, briefings
- Evaluation of EHS audits and initiation of suitable improvement measures
- Reporting and analysis of incidents
- Advising the site management (OBL) in all EHS-relevant areas
- Development of escape and rescue route concepts, systems – emergency lighting, concepts for pressure tests
- Development of IBN concepts (including fire load assessments, risk assessments)
- Participation in site meetings and regular plant inspections as well as implementation of ASA meetings
Your qualifications

- Sifa according to DGUV 2
- SCC exam for managers (Safety Certificate Contractors) or equivalent
- Nebosh Occupational Health and Safety Certificate or equivalent
- Evidence of EUP (Electrically instructed personnel)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
- Technical degree or comparable qualification with several years of relevant work experience
- Very good communication and persuasion skills
- High sense of responsibility and quality
