HSE Manager Job in Egypt for a Garment Industry

Great opportunities at Dice Helwan for the garment industry. We are hiring to join our team, HSE Manager.

Job: HSE Manager.
Locations: Helwan City.

Responsibilities
– Design and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local and international standards.
– Ensure compliance with occupational health, and safety regulations.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
– Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
– Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve workplace safety.
– Implement ISO 45001 & ISO 14001

Training and Awareness:
– Organize and deliver HSE training sessions for employees.
– Promote awareness of HSE best practices and create a culture of safety across the organization.

Incident Management:
– Investigate workplace accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes.
– Prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Regulatory Compliance:
– Monitor changes in HSE regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant.
– Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage audits or inspections.

Environmental Management:
– Develop and implement environmental management systems to minimize the organization’s environmental footprint.
– Ensure proper waste management and adherence to sustainability practices.

Monitoring and Reporting:
– Maintain detailed records of HSE activities, incidents, and compliance measures.
– Provide regular reports to senior management on HSE performance and improvements.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, and Engineering.
– certifications in HSE management.
– Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001& 14001
– Fluent in English
– At least 15 years of experience
