Work location: 10th of Ramadan
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational HSE Management System and the standards for internal and external audits.
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
- Design & Carry out any in-house safety training Plans.
- Work with team leaders to raise the culture awareness of occupational safety and health.
Qualifications:
- B.SC. of Engineering, Science or any relevant.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager, with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft skills.
- Strong Problem solving and attention to detail skills.
- Leadership and conflict management skills
