1. EHS Site Inspector
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in telecommunication project teams
• Certified in Work at Height (WAH) License for tower climbing
• Supervise and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance at project sites
• Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is in proper condition and fit for purpose
• Conduct visual inspections of Kernmantle lifting equipment to ensure functionality and safety
• Verify the availability and completeness of emergency response equipment (Rescue Kit, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher/APAR)
• Ensure Sika Online monitoring is aligned with the designated work scope
• Authorized to approve on-site work (SIKA Approval) if compliance is met
• Flexible to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays
2. EHS Officer
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in telecommunication project teams
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve EHS policies, programs, and compliance frameworks
• Drive a sustainable safety culture and promote employee well-being
• Provide comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) support
• Conduct EHS audits, site inspections, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson’s EHS directives and local regulations
