Functions/ Requirements of the HSE Manager:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Health, Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) development and implementation for all the sites.
To arrange the HSE&S audit program for the Site / Group identify, and training needs and implement necessary training and maintaining the records as per ISO standards.
Working on key business efficiency and site HSE&S compliance projects.
Collate data entire project / work site for monthly reports to the corporate office on HSE&S performance and identified areas for improvement.
Implementing changes to HSE&S procedures to improve compliance.
Investigate key of incidents / Accident at sites, identified the root causes and recommended changes to procedures to prevent reoccurrence.
Providing guidance and support to key personnel within the organization on health and safety across the company.
Developing and implementing a Group HSE&S Policy Management system across all Group sites.
Prepare and share HSE&S information, e.g., lessons learned, safety alert, with employees, and Promotes safety awareness among employees through attending, conducting training, and participating in HSSE related activities.
Entire projects and make centralize and implement the HSE&S procedures at site and provide the training, make understand the policies and regulation to employers.
Analyzing HSE&S statistics and documentation of statistics, excellent competency in Risk assessment planning, communication and implementation.
Interfaces directly with client personnel concerning HSE&S issues, Ensures correct handling of nonconformances and corrective actions.
Work with the team to find engineering solutions that are ALARP (As low as reasonably practical).
Provides appropriate health, Safety and Environment, accident prevention, and investigation training for managers and supervisors.
Provides promotional materials and develops and administers recognition systems to promote safe and healthful work performance
Develop Procedure & Plan Training Presentation Support to Execution team
B. Tech/ B.E (Mechanical or Electrical)
PG Degree or Diploma in HSE & NEBOSH or OSHA
Shall have minimum of 12 – 15 years of experience.
He shall have a minimum of 09 years in HSE Manager (Corporate) position experience in execution of EPC projects in Oil & Gas industries.
