Are you looking for a rewarding role in a forward thinking, progressive company? We need a highly-energetic business development manager to identify new, as well as harness the many opportunities being presented to our fast-growth business.
Join our vibrant, close-knit team providing height safety advice and solutions for Councils, facility managers and building owners across Australia to keep workers and rooftops safe.
Identify opportunities and sell our height safety and compliance services and system solutions into the local government, facility and building management, and retail industries.
Sales, sales support, client liaison and contract management.
Meet sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure accurate and efficient processes, including client contracts, proposals, tenders and relevant databases.
Play a central role in project design, interpreting client needs to prepare designs and solutions.
Some travelling will be necessary.
Skills & Experience
Previous practical industry experience and/or in sales and business development is preferred.
Business writing / software and customer relationship management system skills would be an advantage.
Awareness of height safety legislation, equipment, solutions and work methods would be ideal.
Proven customer focus, professionalism and ‘can do’ attitude.
A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills.
