Allen & York have been engaged a charity who are seeking to appoint a senior Health and Safety Manager to work with them from their beautiful offices in Wiltshire. This is a new role created to develop and implement a positive safety culture to an organisation who make a massive difference to the people they work with.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to really make a difference to an organisation who are a prominent workforce in the South of the UK.
Your Responsibilities:

Responsive Links
  • Creating and implementing a 3 year Health and Safety development plan
  • Technical lead for Health and Safety
  • Management of the Health and Safety budget
  • Conducting risk assessments on the charities property
  • Working with complex buildings, asbestos, legionella etc
  • Line management of specified members
  •  Overseeing maintenance to the company property
  • Liaison with suppliers and contractors

Your Skills

  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent
  • GradIOSH or working towards
  • Experience of safety management systems
  • Use of RIDDOR for accident reporting
  • Management skills
  • Experience of conducting risk assessments
