Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HSE experience in industries like Telecom, Utilities, or Heavy Electrical.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of making decisions in dynamic environments.
Position Overview: We’re seeking a proactive HSE Specialist to support safety initiatives across our operational sites. In this role, you’ll collaborate with site teams to maintain compliance, conduct inspections, and foster a safety-first culture. This position requires up to 70% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Enforce safety protocols, including stop-work authority when risks are identified.
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HSE standards.
- Provide coaching and support to field teams to promote safe work practices.
