Role overview
This role might fit you perfectly if you are passionate about safety and if you dream of a world where hard hats are always worn, hazards are properly labeled, and paperwork is as tidy as a hospital room. As our HSE Manager, you will lead the charge in keeping our workplace accident-free, eco-friendly, and – most importantly – compliant with all related legislation, but also with those safety rules that people claim they read.
Qualifications for success
- University degree: preferably technical/engineering studies.
- Master’s degree/PhD in HSE or the 180-hours postgraduate course.
- At least 10 years’ experience, and 5 years in a similar position.
- Knowledge of HSE legislation in force.
- Business fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Confident in the use of MS Office.
- Driver‘s license and willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities
- Hazard identification and risk assessment for each component of the work system and work environment.
- Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring of safety and health activities at work, according to legislation in force.
- Preparing all documentation regarding safety and health at work and emergencies, required by the legislation in force.
- Establishing the areas that require safety and health signage at work, establishing the type of signage required, and the placement according to the provisions of the legislation in force regarding the minimum requirements for safety and/or health signage at the workplace.
- Development of the training-testing program at the level of the enterprise according to HSE and emergencies.
- Issuance of specific documents regarding fire protection and civil protection, according to the legislation in force.
- Coordination of intervention and evacuation activities in situations of imminent danger, disasters, and accident situations and conducting the first investigations regarding the causes and circumstances of their occurrence.
- preparation of all necessary reports according to current legislation and SIAD Group requirements.
