Primary Purpose of Position:
To work with a team of EHS and Labor experts providing EHS and Labor expertise to our multinational clients on various issues in supply chain management. To learn from a capable team with good professional skills and to learn from internal training platform on skills needed for this job.
• Primarily act as an EHS and Labor Auditor for supplier chain EHS audit;
• Perform factory audits and complete reports as requirements;
• Act as a Professional Consultant in EHS consulting projects, which includes, but is not limited to:
o Due diligence environmental site assessment (ESA);
o Contamination Site Investigation and Remediation;
o EHS compliance audit;
o Environmental, social and governance assessment;
o Sustainability Consulting.
• Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with the Stantec Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
o Minimum BA/BS degree, with understanding and/or educational background in EHS related areas;
o 3 years or above working experience, at least 3 years of working experience in EHS and Labor auditing;
o Good work attitude;
o Passion on working in EHS and Labor industry;
o Good communication skills;
o Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure;
o Fluent in English and Mandarin;
o Team spirit.
o EHS and Labor consulting and auditing experience preferred;
o Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
o Ability to work autonomously.
