Position: Design HSE Engineer / Technical Safety Engineer
Location: Menara Haw Par, Kuala Lumpur
Job Type: Contract (Yearly)
Responsibilities:
Lead safety and fire protection design studies.
▪️ Work with consultants and clients to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
▪️ Support engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
▪️ Prepare proposals, technical documents, and safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, QRA).
▪️ Develop fire protection system designs and layouts.
▪️ Coordinate testing, installation, and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
▪️ Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
▪️ 6+ years of experience in HSE design for petrochemical or oil & gas projects.
▪️ Experience in EPCC or EPC company.
▪️ Experience with Fire Safety Engineering and related software.
▪️ Willing to travel for site support and inspections.
▪️ Proficient in Auto-CAD and MS Office.
▪️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
