Country HSE Director in West Java, Indonesia

• Oversee, implement, and evaluate safety and health documentation and procedures in line with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, SMK3, PROPER, and Industri Hijau standards.
• Ensure compliance with the company and local safety and health regulations.
• Manage, implement, and review the Risk Assessment program as part of daily contract evaluations.
• Oversee the management, implementation, and evaluation of machinery safety for equipment and operational processes.
• Manage, execute, and assess the EHS inspection program.
• Develop, implement, and review EHS awareness campaigns and promotional programs.
• Supervise daily contractors, ensuring adherence to work permits and contractor safety management systems.
• Oversee the implementation of corrective actions identified in Cross Audit, 6S, SEC, Risk Reduction, and 5S programs.
• Ensure all employees, transporters, suppliers, and contractors are informed of and comply with EHS guidelines.
• Provide support for design verification and modification to ensure new materials, machinery, and equipment meet EHS requirements and Management of Change (MOC) protocols.
• Assist with internal audits related to Construction Project SG Standards and/or SMK3 issues, ensuring all internal auditors are knowledgeable on SMK3 standards, with recommendations applied to daily operations.

Projects Supervision:

• Provide guidance and support to Project Owners, Inders, and the Purchasing Department regarding the Contractor Safety Management System.
• Facilitate effective communication within the Construction Project Site.
• Identify and ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations for the Contractor Safety Management System.
• Develop and establish a Construction Site Safety Supervision Plan.
• Prepare and implement the Contractor Safety Management System.
• Support and assess the effectiveness of the Construction Site Safety Supervision Program.
• Monitor and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Regularly report on the Construction Site Safety Supervision Program to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

Emergency Response Plan Management:

• Ensure the effective implementation of the Emergency Response Team.
• Coordinate with the Company Doctor and referral hospital (RSPG) to manage inventory and maintain the competency of the First Aid Team.
• Ensure that evacuation and drill programs are conducted by the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Standard Operating Procedures.
